Hi, I'm Debbie Rich. I write a lot of creative copy and strategic content. These are the words that get folks to buy a product, and the words that explain how to use that product. 

I’ve served many other roles in my career: documentation writer, graphic designer, PR gal, college adjunct and corporate trainer. Trash emptier when I co-ran a small software company.

All of these experiences taught me to reduce a message to its important points, and explain technical things in a non-technical way. Along with delivering great copy, I deeply understand the design that will showcase my words and the importance of white space. 

My firm belief in the ever-raging grammarian debate: Use a serial comma only when needed.
